Where do you ship to?

Short answer: Your Country! 

We ship to almost every single country in the world. If you are having trouble selecting your shipping address contact us through our contact us page HERE and we will get back to you ASAP.

How much does shipping cost?

If your order is above £20 you have FREE shipping to ANYWHERE in the world! If your order is below £20 you will have a small flat rat shipping fee of £3.99

How long does shipping take?

Due to our items being shipping to you directly from our supplier, shipping can vary in time depending on the weight of your order and where you are located. Usually all orders are delivered in around 15-27 business days. This is without 1-3 days for processing your order after you place it. We always try to provide tracking for your order and items, most of the time we will have tracking, however sometimes this won't be available, this is depending on your country and what item you have purchased.

What about sizing?

We understand that sizing can sometimes be very difficult when online shopping, you may have noticed that on most of the product pages we have a different sizing graph, this is not to confuse you! This is the sizing graph we have taken from our suppliers, due to them making different clothing that may not fit the international sizing chart. This is to be more accurate for you girls! How can I pay?

We accept payments through Stripe and Apple Pay. You can pay using any major credit / debit card. Our store is powered by Shopify which provide world trusted secure payment methods used in all reputable online retail stores today.

What happens after I order?

After you successfully place an order you will immediately receive an email confirmation detailing your order to let you know your order has been successful. You will then be notified every step of the way throughout the entire process of delivering your item! 

What happens if I have not received my order?

If it has been 30 days since placing your order and you have not received your item, please contact us and we will work with you and our suppliers to solve the issue immediately. Visit our contact page HERE

What happens If I want to return my item?

 If you for whatever reason are unsatisfied with you order you may return your item for a refund as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If it is passed this date the unfortunately we are unable to proceed with any returns. 

Returning an item for a refund will involve you sending your item back directly to our supplier and you will be required to pay all shipping fees involved. Once your item has reached our supplier and your item successfully passed the mandatory checks you will receive a full refund immediately to the original payment method used.

What happens if my item arrives and its the wrong size, wrong colour or damaged?

This will usually never happen, but in the rare situation it does, you can contact us providing photo evidence and we will work with you and our supplier to resolve the situation immediately!

What happens if one of my items have arrived but not the other?

If you have placed an order with multiple items, this is very possible and nothing to worry about. Our products are individually hand selected by us from all the different manufacturers we know. This means that your order may contain products from different manufacturers, so you items will arrive at different times.
